The finalisation of the allotment for Tata Technologies’ IPO is anticipated today, November 28. Investors can verify their allotment status on the registrar Link Intime India’s website and the BSE platform.

To check the allotment status Tata Technologies IPO allotment status, you can follow these steps:

BSE Website:

  1. Visit the BSE website.
  2. Select ‘Equity' and choose the issue name from the dropdown.
  3. Enter your application number and PAN card number.
  4. Click on the “Search” button.

Registrar’s Website:

  1. Visit the Link Intime website.
  2. Click on ‘Company Selection' and choose the IPO name.
  3. Enter your PAN, application number, DP/Client ID, or account number/IFSC.
  4. Click on ‘Search'.

The status will be visible post-allotment if the details are entered correctly. Successful investors can expect the equity shares to be credited to their demat accounts by November 29.

The IPO, valued at ₹3,042.51 crores, was open for subscription from November 22-24, with a price band of ₹475-500 per share.

This marked the Tata Group’s first IPO in over 19 years and garnered significant interest, being oversubscribed 69.43 times. Bids were received for 312.64 crore equity shares against the available 4.5 crore shares. The qualified institutional bidders (QIBs) category witnessed the highest oversubscription at 203.41 times.

Other categories such as the non-institutional investors’ (NII) category saw at 62.11 times subscription, retail investors’ quota was at 16.5 times, and employees’ portion 3.7 times.

Tata Technology shares are expected to be listed on the stock exchanges on Thursday, November 30.
