SBI Leads Losers On Nifty 50 As Markets Extend Gains For Third Straight Session

The Nifty 50 index saw a mixed bag of trading on Monday, with Divis Labs leading the pack of gainers, while State Bank of India (SBI) topped the list of losers.

Divis Labs emerged as the top performer on the Nifty 50, with its shares closing at ₹506.70, a significant jump of 4.66% from its last closing price. This surge puts Divis Labs in the lead amongst Monday’s top five performers.

Following closely behind was Hero MotoCorp, whose shares ended the day at ₹3,166.90, reflecting a 2.51% increase from the previous closing. Eicher Motors also had a strong showing, with a 2.42% gain, ending the day at ₹3,510.95.

Shares of Larsen & Toubro (L&T) climbed 2.21% to close at ₹2,975.45. Completing the top five gainers, Axis Bank saw its shares rise by 2.08%, closing the day at ₹1,009.40.

On the flip side, SBI led the pack of losers, with its shares dipping by 0.66% to ₹574.35. Hindustan Unilever followed with a 0.47% drop to ₹2,497.40. Titan wasn’t far behind with a 0.23% decline, closing the day at ₹3,267.05.

Tata Motors had a marginal decrease of 0.22%, ending the day at ₹646.05. Rounding off the list of top five losers, Cipla‘s share price slipped by 0.19%, closing at ₹1,204.10.
