Carl Pei, co-founder of Nothing, recently expressed his delight at the rapid growth of consumer satisfaction with the company’s products, highlighting the importance of community support and team effort.

What Happened: In a tweet, Pei acknowledged the progress Nothing has made in achieving high customer satisfaction despite being a new player in India’s smartphone industry. He expressed his gratitude towards the community for their continued support and lauded his team’s efforts in pushing the boundaries.

Notably, Nothing finished ahead of OnePlus, a company that Carl Pei co-founded in 2013 before quitting it in 2020. The survey, conducted among consumers by 91Mobiles, places Apple in the top spot for consumer satisfaction, followed by Nothing, OnePlus, iQOO and Motorola. Surprisingly, Samsung finds its mention only in seventh place, behind homegrown brand Infinix.

Why It Matters: The survey shows the importance of customer satisfaction in the fiercely competitive smartphone market. Brands such as Apple have set the bar high, consistently topping user satisfaction polls across various attributes, including phone speed, software, camera quality, and display. With Pei’s tweet, it seems Nothing is managing to carve out its own space in this competitive landscape, a testament to the company’s focus on consumer satisfaction and quality product offerings.
