Famous Bollywood actress Kajol has reportedly bought an office space in Mumbai worth ₹7.64 crore. The office is situated in the same building where her husband and renowned actor Ajay Devgn owns five flats.
According to a report by Mint on Monday, the office is based in the Signature Building, Andheri West, and has a carpet area of 194.67 sq m. The property agreement was finalized on July 28.

Her husband, Ajay Devgn, bought five office units in the Signature Building in July, for a total of ₹45.09 crore. This information was revealed in documents obtained by CRE Matrix, a data analytics firm.
Three of these units, situated on the 16th floor, were bought for ₹30.35 crore and cover a built-up area of 8,405 sq ft. Additionally, Devgn acquired two office units on the 17th floor, covering 4,893 sq ft, for ₹14.74 crore.
The properties were registered under the name of Vishal (Ajay) Virender Devgn. In 2021, Devgn also purchased a bungalow in Juhu, Mumbai, for ₹47.5 crore.
