Shares of HLE Glasscoat and PCBL were surging on Monday. Ace investor Ashish Kacholia owns a substantial stake in both the small-cap stocks.

PCBL’s share price surged close to 3% to hit a new 52-week high of ₹167.45. Shares of the company have remained upbeat after ICICI Direct issued a “buy” call on the stock last month. Kacholia owns 1.88% or 70.84 lakh shares of the company. Now, when the stock closed at ₹162.75 on Friday, his stake’s value was ₹115.30 crore. Today, with the surge, the value of his holding went up to ₹118.63 crore. An increase of over ₹3 crore.

HLE Glasscoat shares surged up close to 6% to hit an intraday high of ₹687.95. Kacholia holds 1.40% or 9.58 lakh shares of the company. On Friday, when the stock closed at ₹648.60, the value of Kacholia’s stake stood at ₹62.13 crore. Today, the value of his stake went up to ₹65.9 crore – an increase of over ₹3.7 crore.

The two stocks combined added over ₹6.7 crore to Kacholia’s net worth today.

Price Action: HLE Glasscoat shares were up 5.21% to trade at ₹682.40. PCBL’s share price was up 2.12% to trade at ₹166.20 in early trade on Monday.
