Military personnel from the Ukrainian city of Mykolaiv have filmed a parody of the Oscar-winning song Naatu Naatu from the movie RRR.

What Happened? Soldiers from the Ukrainian shipbuilding city have made a video where they dance to the song, imitating dance moves from the popular song.

The song’s anti-colonialist message rings through the parody, with lyrics in the local language, while the country’s war with Russia rages on.

Noatbly, bits of the original Naatu Naatu song were shot in Ukraine right infront of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's residence before Russia invaded the country.

A number of Ukrainian film professionals who helped in the filming of the song later went on the lead resistance in the war-torn country.
