Infosys, the leading homegrown IT giant, has launched Infosys Topaz, a new service that integrates data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and generative AI, highlighting the rising significance of these rapidly advancing technologies.

What Happened? Using its proprietary applied AI framework, Infosys developed an AI-first core that potentially caters to over 12,000 use cases.

Infosys Topaz aims to democratise data and intelligence, thereby adding value to more participants within the connected ecosystem. This enables them to create AI-driven products, services, and new business models as well as generate new revenue streams.

The offering also aims to increase efficiencies across enterprises. The service utilises smart tools, platforms, and autonomous software engineering to bolster business agility.

Salil Parekh, CEO & MD of Infosys, asserts that Infosys Topaz has significantly enhanced the business operations of clients by harnessing the power of generative AI platforms and data solutions.

Parekh points out the strong client interest in programs that enhance efficiency and productivity. He also claims that Infosys Topaz is helping clients create new revenue opportunities and grow their businesses.
