Hindustan Aeronautics jumped 4% higher at the bourses on Monday following the company&#8217;s second-quarter results where the firm&#8217;s net profit was seen jumping by 22%.



What Happened: The aerospace and defence company&#8217;s <a href="https://in.benzinga.com/news/earnings/24/11/41963672/hal-q2-net-profit-jumps-22-to-1-510-cr-beats-estimates">net profit for the quarter</a> under review stood at ₹1,510.4 crore, ahead of the street&#8217;s estimates. Revenue from operations came in at ₹5,976.29 crore, a 6% increase&nbsp;year-on-year, below the analysts&#8217; estimates.



CLSA has an &#8220;outperform&#8221; rating on HAL with a target price of ₹4,731. Despite delays in Russian aircraft and helicopter orders, HAL&#8217;s order pipeline for the next decade remains strong at $45 billion (₹3.8 lakh crore), it said. 



The brokerage sees an expected order of large helicopters and Sukhoi aircraft in the second half of FY25, along with visibility on the GE engine deal as the major catalysts in the firm&#8217;s growth.

Jefferies has a &#8220;buy&#8221; rating on HAL with a target price of ₹5,500. In Q2 FY25, the company saw a 7% YoY increase in EBITDA, with margins improving by 37 basis points to 27.5%. 



The higher-margin service income likely played a key role in the performance, especially given delays in aircraft deliveries due to engine supply issues with its partnership with GE, the brokerage said.



Antique Broking also maintained its &#8220;buy&#8221; rating for the stock with a target price of ₹5,902. Antique Broking expressed confidence in HAL&#8217;s long-term business prospects and execution capabilities. The brokerage estimates that HAL is on track to achieve a 15% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) in revenue over FY24–27E.



With the potential for multi-year double-digit earnings growth and a robust return ratio profile exceeding 20%, analysts at Anrique believe the stock offers an attractive valuation at current levels.



Price Action: Shares of HAL rose 2.62% to trade at ₹4,194.05 on Monday morning. The stock jumped 4% to hit an intraday high of ₹4,248.

NBCC&#8216;s share price has remained under pressure ever since the company posted its earnings for the quarter ended September. However, analysts at Nuvama think the stock can bounce back.



The NBCC Analyst: Analysts at Nuvama upgraded the stock&#8217;s rating to &#8220;buy&#8221; from &#8220;hold&#8221; with a price target of ₹133. The target indicates an around 47% upside from the stock&#8217;s last closing price of ₹89.90.



The NBCC Thesis: Improved order intake, execution, and margins, coupled with progress in real estate monetization, are seen as positives by the analysts. The brokerage added that following the recent correction in the stock, it is upgrading the PSU&#8217;s rating.



Nuvama highlighted that NBCC&#8217;s revenue for the September quarter grew 19% year-on-year (YoY) and 15% sequentially to around ₹2,460 crore. However, the brokerage noted that the EBITDA margin declined by around 60 basis points YoY and 20 basis points quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) to 4.1%, <a href="https://in.benzinga.com/news/earnings/24/11/41932498/nbcc-q2-net-profit-jumps-53-to-122-cr">which weighed on the adjusted profit after tax (PAT). </a>



The company has guided for a revenue of ₹13,000 crore in FY25, up from ₹10,400 crore in FY24. The construction major expects EBITDA margins to improve to 5.5–6% (from 4.9% in FY24) and PAT margins to rise to 6–7%. The brokerage added that NBCC is also targeting a 20% YoY revenue growth in FY26.

The brokerage also mentioned the company&#8217;s strong order. NBCC&#8217;s consolidated o<a href="https://in.benzinga.com/markets/equities/24/11/42023014/nbcc-sees-orderbook-expand-to-84-400-cr-in-q2">rder book grew QoQ to ₹84,400 crore in the September quarter, compared to ₹81,000 crore in the previous quarter. </a>



Of this, around ₹22,000 crore worth of projects are currently under execution. The company awarded contracts worth ₹3,600 during Q2FY25 and ₹7,300 crore in the first half of FY25, with plans to award ₹14,000 crore–15,000 crore worth of projects for the entire fiscal year, the brokerage noted.



While the company&#8217;s book-to-bill ratio stands at a robust 7.6x, around 45% of its order book comprises self-revenue-generating projects, where the pace of real estate monetization will play a critical role, according to Nuvama.



The brokerage noted that NBCC has fully sold its World Trade Center project and plans a bulk sale for the Sarojini Nagar project once the occupancy certificate is received. In the Amrapali project, the company has sold inventory worth ₹3,650 billion so far.



Price Action: NBCC&#8217;s share price was up 0.22% to trade at ₹89.80 on Monday morning.

Hero Motocorp shares were on the rise on Monday after the company posted its results on Thursday last week that beat street estimates.



What Happened: The two-wheeler maker <a href="https://in.benzinga.com/news/earnings/24/11/41977061/hero-motocorp-q2-net-profit-jumps-14-to-1-203-54-cr-beats-estimates">posted a net profit of ₹1,203.54 crore</a>, making a 14% year-on-year increase. The company that manufactures Harley Davidson in India reported an 11% jump in revenue in operations to ₹10,463 crore in the quarter, beating analyst estimates. 



The company sold 15.20 lakh units in the quarter compared to 14.16 lakh units in the previous year. Niranjan Gupta, CEO of Hero Motocorp said that the company will release three models Xpulse 210, Xtreme 250R and Karizma XMR 250 in the Entry and Deluxe segment in the next 6 months.



Brokerage Views: Jefferies gave a "buy" call with a target price of ₹5,500. The brokerage said that Q2 results were in line. EBITDA per vehicle rose to a new high in the quarter, said the research firm. According to Jefferies, the Indian two-wheeler market is poised for strong double-digit growth in the next 3 years.

However, the research firm noted that the company's decline in the 2-wheeler market share is a concern and adverse demand profile shifts are a concern. Any success of the company in the premium and EV segment will be positive. 



Nomura also kept a "buy" call with a target price of ₹5,805. The brokerage said that rural improvement is a key catalyst. Despite the company posting healthy earnings growth and attractive valuation, the margins have room to improve, the research firm said. The brokerage also expects the two-wheeler market to grow by 10% over FY25-26 due to rebalancing of growth and positive monsoons.&nbsp;



The brokerage firm noted that there are early signs of rural pick up which will support sales as the rural mix makes up 54% of the sales. The research firm said that the company's margins will improve as EV drag reduces due to new models and PLI benefits. 



Price Action: Shares of Hero Motocorp rose 3.41% to ₹4,760.90 on Monday morning.

President Donald Trump told reporters on Sunday that an agreement to sell TikTok&#8217;s U.S. operations to a non-Chinese buyer is expected to be finalized before the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/25/03/44506732/donald-trump-says-he-may-cut-tariffs-on-china-to-seal-tiktok-deal-bytedance-has-until-april-5-to-sell-or-face-us-ban">April 5 deadline. </a>



The Details: President Trump set the Saturday deadline for a sale in January under a 2024 law requiring ByteDance, TikTok&#8217;s Chinese parent company, to divest the app or face a ban over national security concerns.&nbsp;



Speaking to reporters on Air Force One late Sunday, Trump expressed his desire to "see TikTok remain alive."&nbsp;

Potential Buyers: Private equity firm Blackstone, Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/BX#NYSE">BX</a>) is reportedly considering a small minority investment in TikTok, according to Reuters. The firm would join a group of existing investors led by Susquehanna International Group and General Atlantic with plans to spin off TikTok&#8217;s U.S. operations into a separate entity. 



Other potential buyers include<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/25/03/44350823/oracle-reportedly-in-talks-with-white-house-over-project-texas-20-to-manage-tiktok-amid-security-concerns"> a group</a> led by Oracle Corp. What Else: Last week, Trump said he was open to reducing tariffs on China as part of the negotiation to transfer TikTok&#8217;s ownership to a U.S. buyer before the deadline. 



"With respect to TikTok, and China is going to have to play a role in that, possibly in the form of an approval, maybe, and I think they'll do that," Trump said. "Maybe I'll give them a little reduction in tariffs or something to get it done."

United Airlines Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/UAL#NASDAQ">UAL</a>) is set to launch its first commercial flight equipped with Starlink technology in May, just eight months after <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/03/n44559348/united-receives-faa-certification-on-starlink-aircraft-and-schedules-first-commercial-flight-for-m" rel="noreferrer noopener">announcing its partnership with </a><a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/03/n44559348/united-receives-faa-certification-on-starlink-aircraft-and-schedules-first-commercial-flight-for-m" rel="noreferrer noopener">SpaceX</a><a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/03/n44559348/united-receives-faa-certification-on-starlink-aircraft-and-schedules-first-commercial-flight-for-m" rel="noreferrer noopener">.</a>



The airline has secured Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approval for the new in-flight connectivity system on the Embraer 175 aircraft, with plans to rapidly expand installations across its fleet.



The FAA has issued a Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) for the Embraer 175, allowing United to bring high-speed, low-latency Wi-Fi to its regional routes.



The airline plans to equip around 40 aircraft each month, aiming to complete installation across its entire two-cabin regional fleet, totaling more than 300 jets, before the year concludes.

Ahead of the May launch, United intends to run beta tests on select flights to evaluate performance.



United is collaborating with Starlink to secure FAA certification for additional aircraft models. The objective is to equip over 16 different regional and mainline jet types with Starlink, improving inflight connectivity throughout the airline&#8217;s network.



The system&#8217;s high-speed Wi-Fi, offering up to 250 megabits per second (Mbps), will enable passengers to stream content, shop online, and engage in real-time gaming.



Passengers enrolled in the airline&#8217;s MileagePlus program will enjoy complimentary Starlink access.



Price Action: UAL shares traded lower by 6.74% at $65.50 at last check Monday.

Strategy Incorporated (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/MSTR#NASDAQ">MSTR</a>) on Monday announced it has significantly expanded <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cryptocurrency/25/03/44472657/strategy-aims-for-more-bitcoin-with-strife-stock-how-does-it-work">its cryptocurrency portfolio</a> by acquiring 22,048 Bitcoin (CRYPTO: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/btc/usd">BTC</a>) for $1.92 billion between March 24 and March 30 at an average price of $86,969 per BTC.



What Happened: As of March 30, the company now <a href="https://www.strategy.com/press/strategy-acquires-22048-btc-now-holds-528185-btc_03-31-2025">holds </a>a total of 528,185 BTC, purchased at an average cost of $67,458 per coin, amounting to a total investment of approximately $35.63 billion.



This acquisition reinforces Strategy's position as the largest corporate holder of Bitcoin, a title it has maintained through consistent investments in the digital asset.



The purchase was funded through Strategy's at-the-market (ATM) offering programs, as detailed in a Form 8-K filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on March 31.



During the same period, the company sold 3,645,528 shares of its Class A common stock (MSTR), generating net proceeds of $1.20 billion.



Additionally, Strategy sold 213,807 shares of its 8.00% Series A Perpetual Strike Preferred Stock (STRK), raising $18.52 million.

Why It Matters: These sales are part of two ATM programs established to support the company's Bitcoin acquisition strategy: the Common ATM program, launched on Oct. 30, 2024, with a total size of $21 billion, and the STRK ATM program, initiated on March 10, also valued at $21 billion.



Strategy's aggressive Bitcoin investment strategy aligns with its broader "21/21 Plan," which aims to <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cryptocurrency/25/03/44220378/strategy-files-for-21b-in-preferred-stock-to-fund-bitcoin-acquisition">raise $42 billion between 2025 and 2027</a>—split evenly between equity and fixed-income securities—to fund further Bitcoin purchases.



The company has already made significant progress, having raised $20 billion of this target by early 2025.

Meanwhile, other corporations are also intensifying their Bitcoin investments. 



The Trump family, through American Data Centers, recently partnered with Hut 8 to form American Bitcoin, aiming to become the world's largest Bitcoin miner with a <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cryptocurrency/25/03/44560290/trump-family-to-dive-into-bitcoin-mining-after-defi-meme-coin-projects">20% stake in the venture</a>.



Similarly, Metaplanet Inc., a Japanese firm, announced on March 31, 2025, via its X account.



Strategy's latest Bitcoin purchase comes amid a volatile market, with its stock MSTR <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cryptocurrency/25/03/44558783/mara-holdings-joins-gamestop-metaplanet-in-bitcoin-reserve-push-with-2-billion-stock-sale">facing bearish pressure. </a>



The stock was trading at around $282 in pre-market trading on Monday, down about 2.5%, influenced by Bitcoin's price fluctuations and broader market challenges, including sell-offs linked to U.S. tariffs.

Booking Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/BKNG#NASDAQ">BKNG</a>) shares are trading lower on Monday. The company and Uber Technologies Inc (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/UBER#NYSE">UBER</a>) announced a <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/03/b44559375/uber-and-opentable-announce-strategic-global-partnership-to-enhance-dining-experience-for-millions">strategic global partnership</a>.



What Happened: OpenTable, part of Booking Holdings, and Uber formed a new strategic partnership, pairing Uber&#8217;s ride-hailing and delivery services with OpenTable&#8217;s restaurant network. 



The companies plan to work together to develop integrations of the Uber Eats, Uber and OpenTable apps to offer easy access to dining reservations and transportation options.



&#8220;We&#8217;re always looking for ways to help people go out and get the best of their cities. As a first step, our partnership with OpenTable will make it easier than ever to find and book a great restaurant and get there without a hitch,&#8221; said Dara Khosrowshahi, CEO of Uber. 



The new partnership is expected to roll out in phases throughout 2025. Both companies are committed to expanding features of the combined offering over time. The collaboration is expected to be available in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia and Ireland.



BKNG Price Action: <a href="http://benzinga.com/quote/bkng">Booking Holdings shares</a> are down about 10% year-to-date. Travel names have broadly struggled in recent months as tariffs have sparked recession fears. Booking Holdings stock was down 3.71% at $4,462.18 at the time of publication Monday, according to <a href="http://pro.benzinga.com">Benzinga Pro</a>.
