SpaceVIP, a  space travel company, has hired a Danish chef from a Michelin-star restaurant to curate the dining experience for its upcoming high-tech space balloon journey, scheduled to launch next year.

The menu for the journey is still in the process of being finalized. In an interview with Bloomberg, the 32-year-old chef expressed his desire for the dishes to be as innovative as the journey itself.
