Due to this directive, starting February 29, Paytm FASTag users won't be able to make new deposits, but existing balances can be used or withdrawn without restrictions.

To close a Paytm FASTag account, users can log in to the app, access FASTag management, view active accounts, navigate to help & support, and initiate closure by choosing 'I want to close my FASTag.'
